Ms. Boemo Sekgoma
Ms. Boemo Sekgoma has more than 16 years experience working in HIV/AIDS and Public health. Has served as an HIV/AIDS advisor in Kenya,Malawi, Zambia, Uganda, Lesotho and as a temporary advisor with UNAIDS, UNICEF and the World Health Organisation. In the process gained experience consulting, training and facilitation in public health policy development, organisational transformation, policy analysis, HIV/AIDS interventions, sexual and reproductive health and gender-based violence. In the past six years became grounded in Parliamentary programming in the area of HIV/AIDS and governance and resource mobilisation. Whilst at SADC PF served as Executive Officer to the Secretary General and shadow acted as both Gender and Democracy and Governance programme officers for two years until positions formally filled.
