The SADC Parliamentary Forum (SADC PF) invites partners and experts to join the Technical Working Group (TWG) supporting the development of the SADC Model Law on Constitutionalism and the Rule of Law (SMLCRL).

This important regional initiative seeks to strengthen democratic governance across SADC Member States by promoting constitutional supremacy, separation of powers, judicial independence, accountability, human rights protection, and the rule of law.

The Southern African Development Community Parliamentary Forum (SADC PF) was established in 1997 in accordance with Article 9(2) of the SADC Treaty as an autonomous institution of SADC.
