1. PURPOSE

To obtain company profiles from companies interested in conducting business with the SADC Parliamentary Forum in respect of supplying of goods and services to be procured through the 2020/21 Financial Year.

2. The needs of the SADC Parliamentary Forum for the 2020/2021 Financial Year are as follows, but not limited to:

  • Supply of Air Tickets
  • Airport Transfers
  • Vehicle Hire
  • Hospitality (Accommodation and Event Venues)
  • Stationery/General Supplies
  • Printing Services
  • Supply of Promotional items
  • Design and Layout
  • Supply of Computer equipment, supplies and accessories
  • Cleaning Services and Supplies
  • Interpretation Equipment
  • Interpretation and Translation Services
  • Supply of Office Furniture
  • Gardening Services / Pool Maintenance
  • Services of Security System (access control)
  • Supply of Fire Equipment & Training
  • Plumbing Services, Electrical Services, general Repairs and Maintenance
  • Supply and Services of Air conditioners
  • Pest Control
  • Supply of office Refreshment

 

3. The documents outlined below are mandatory in order to be eligible to participate in the provision of goods and services:

  • A valid Company Registration Certificate
  • Certificate/Documentation on Good Standing
  • Tax Certificate

4. Kindly take note, that, companies expected to submit company profiles are those that have the above mentioned goods and services listed on their company registration document.

5. While the SADC Parliamentary Forum is an equal opportunity organization, it reserves the right not to proceed with the hire of services notwithstanding this published request for suppliers and has the right to:

  • to reject any or all company profiles if conditions are not adhered to;
  • Remove non-performing suppliers from the list;
  • Conduct a background check on a supplier;
  • Request clarification at the time of evaluating company profiles;
  • For Security reasons, some services may require vetting

Due date for Submissions: 12th June 2020 at 12h00

Submissions of profiles should be addressed to the Secretary General and submitted in sealed envelopes or emailed to:
